Restaurants, Hotels and Eateries: ₹2,000 per annum.
Food Manufacturers and Processing Units: Depending on the total daily production capacity, the annual fee will either be ₹3,000 or ₹5,000.
3. FSSAI Central License Cost
This bracket would include large manufacturing facilities, import/export traders of food products, e-commerce food platforms, and businesses with multiple state operations.
A Central License fee is a fixed amount of ₹7500 per year.
