பார்ட்னர்ஷிப் அல்லது கம்பெனி வைத்திருப்பவர்களுக்குத் தேவையானவை:
நீங்கள் தனியாக இல்லாமல் இரண்டு மூன்று நபர்கள் சேர்ந்து பார்ட்னர்ஷிப் முறையில் பிசினஸ் செய்தாலோ அல்லது பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் கம்பெனி நடத்தினாலோ கீழே உள்ளவை தேவைப்படும்:

கம்பெனியின் பெயரில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட பான் கார்டு (Company PAN Card).
கம்பெனி சார்பாக விண்ணப்பிக்க ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட நபருக்குக் கொடுக்கப்படும் அங்கீகாரக் கடிதம் (Authority Letter).

The documents vary, depending on the scale of the business.
As mentioned above, there are three types of FSSAI registration, namely Basic Registration, State License and Central License. These documents required to be submitted are dependent on the estimated annual turn over. Let's get into the detail of each of the checklists.
1. For Small Businesses, documents are required for Basic FSSAI Registration.
For food business with an annual turnover of less than ₹12 Lakhs, you do not need to get any of these basic documents. This includes small grocery stores, street food vendors, home bakers and petty shops.
Passport Size Photograph: Recent, clear passport size photograph of the business owner or applicant.
Identity Proof (ID Proof): Aadhaar Card of the owner, PAN Card, Voter ID or Driving License. It is highly recommended to have Aadhaar Card for faster verification.

2. The documents for the License (State & Central) FSSAI (Medium & Large Businesses) have been prepared.
